Allen, Charles
Enlisted September 27, 1861. Discharged due to disability on May 13, 1862.
Re-enlisted August 25, 1862, in the 28th CT, Co. D infantry. He was mustered in on November 15, 1862 and deserted from the 28th on November 18, 1862.
He applied for pension on February 17, 1893. On January 2, 1894, his widow, Rachel A. Allen, applied for pension.
