Welcome to my project of researching the musicians from the 8^th CT. Although it's not much better than a list of names right now, I hope to provide more detailed histories for each soldier, information about Union musicians in general, and anything else I may find along the way. I expect my progress to be slow, however, as information is as hard to find as my spare time.
